You usually have to clear your cache and log out before it resets. I also noticed when they do updates that happens.

Have you tried logging out, then clearing the cache and history and stuff, or resetting the your router? Those usually work for me when I am having that kind of trouble but that usually only happens when there is a software update.

I have cleared all history and I have to sign in at the moment. The router gets switched off at night.

I just turn it off to save power, I have had no problems until now.

At least I now know not all new alerts come to the top. AS I was expecting at the time.
