I took have Anxiety, been diagnosed with it. I don't take medication for many reasons but intend to talk to my doctor about it again.
I find that coping with anxiety is easier if you have someone who isn't an anxious person to bounce your anxiety off of.I also use coloring to relieve my stress levels and make my anxiety better by calming my mind.
I have CPTSD, I can usually tell when I am getting anxious and starting to freak out and get somewhere alone where I can just have silence. Something that helps when I am having a meltdown is holdig an ice cube in my hand. That is something I have control over and helps ground me and start my brain thinking analytical.
Warwick she means complex-post traumatic stress disorder (its like PTSD only they add the C=complex) because of the type of PTSD it is. Usually people who have been abuse in long term situations often get CPTSD.
I am finding that since i have started to exercise more I am bit less anxious.
